Return & Refund Policy – Culturista Living

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition — unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, email us at info@culturistaliving.com. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Please note:

 

  • Return labels are not auto-generated at checkout or via your account
  • All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted

 

Restocking Fee

Some items may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%, depending on supplier requirements. Please contact us before returning an item for clarification.

 

Product-Specific Return Details

• Rugs:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Due to their size and shipping costs, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Rugs are not eligible for store credit or “keep item” alternatives unless damaged or pre-approved.

• Small Home Goods (e.g., pillows, decor):
Returns may qualify for store credit as an alternative to a full return, depending on the item’s condition and value. This option applies to items under $50 and is limited to one-time use per customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products (including skincare and beauty)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

Need something else? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
