What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Some pieces may be final sale depending on the supplier. To start a return, email us at info@culturistaliving.com.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after confirmation for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, including a photo and your order number. We’ll coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
Who fulfills my order?
Culturista Living is a curated marketplace. Orders may ship directly from our partners or fulfillment centers to reduce environmental impact and improve delivery times. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll be notified.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. Stay tuned as we expand.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on most orders. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
