Miami Shores

Material, light, and contrast shape how a space is experienced.
What’s held back matters as much as what’s added.

SECTION 1 Material & Light
In this space, terrazzo and plastered surfaces create a quiet base.
Light falls evenly across these surfaces, keeping the space open without adding visual weight.

SECTION 2 Contrast & Balance
Contrast is introduced through tone and placement rather than decoration.
Warm wood, cooler surfaces, and selective color moments create balance.
Nothing competes - each element supports the whole.

SECTION 3 Composition
The space is intentionally held back.
Storage and function are integrated quietly, keeping the visual field clean.
The result is a space that feels composed without feeling minimal.

CLOSING
Exterior spaces extend the interior palette, carrying the same language outward.
